Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of project development, including due diligence, design, permitting, construction, and handover. Daily tasks will include managing project timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to budgets, and supervising project performance to meet quality standards and deadlines. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Strong skills in expediting and expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Proficiency in logistics management and inspection processes
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all phases of development
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in real estate development or related industries is highly advantageous
