Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our boutique community. The right candidate will be well versed in all aspects of maintaining an apartment community and have the ability to work independently. This job has a heavy emphasis on maintaining the community's curb appeal daily.

Duties:

- Clean grounds and common areas of community daily.

- Complete work orders submitted by residents in a timely manner.

-Complete apartment turns to prepare for new residents.

-Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout community- including, but not limited to, upkeep of laundry room machines, building lighting, painting railing, interior hallways and doors.

-Maintain good vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance within an apartment setting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to cohesively work with Property Manager

- HVAC certification

- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and vendors

-Must be able and willing to respond to after hours emergencies.
