Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento (BBBS-GSA) is seeking a licensed Clinical Case Manager to strengthen our capacity to deliver trauma-informed mental health services, provide case management support, and enhance wraparound resources for youth and families. In addition to direct clinical support, this position may also hold a caseload of matches, contributing to enrollment and match support services as needed. The role is designed to help close the gap in mental health access while also supporting the overall success of our mentoring program.

Responsibilities

· Provide trauma-informed case management and mental health support to youth and families.

· Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized support plans.

· Respond to crises and connect families with appropriate resources.

· Contribute to match support by holding a caseload of matches and assisting with enrollment or ongoing casework, as needed.

· Deliver and/or support staff and mentor training in trauma-informed care and mental health awareness.

· Collaborate with staff to ensure youth with higher needs receive appropriate support and follow-up.

· Build and maintain partnerships with community providers to expand referral pathways and wraparound services.

· Track services, referrals, and outcomes to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Time Allocation

This position balances direct clinical responsibilities with broader program and community support. Approximate time allocations are:

· 50–60% – Trauma-Informed Case Management & Clinical Support

· 20–30% – Training, Strategy, & Building Referral Networks

· 10–15% – Program & Administrative Support

(Percentages may shift slightly based on organizational needs and the evolving needs of youth and families served.)

Qualifications

· Current California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (required).

· Experience providing mental health services and case management to youth and families.

· Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and crisis intervention.

· Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in mentoring, education, or youth development settings preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $78,638.38 per year
