We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Home Health department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:

  • Full time 72 hours every 2 weeks
  • 8:00am-4:30pm

Preferred:

  • Experience using an electronic medical record.

Candidate needs to have the following:

Physical Therapist will perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment in a professional manner; perform patient/client evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of individual programs to achieve functional goals, incorporating patient, family, and physician expectations.
