Paid Ads Specialist

to help accelerate our paid media growth, drive efficient acquisition, and strengthen full-funnel performance.

Position Overview

We're seeking a full-time
Paid Ads Specialist

who will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across
Meta and Google

, with opportunities to expand into TikTok, Pinterest, and other performance channels.

You'll be responsible for daily campaign management, creative testing, budget pacing, performance optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and iteration are key.

This role is
fully in person

at our Old Town Scottsdale office and works closely with our Marketing Director, Creative Team, and Head of E-Commerce to support major growth initiatives and drive measurable revenue results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across
  Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

; expand into TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Execute daily performance monitoring, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and spend pacing.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad concepts and run ongoing creative tests.
- Build, analyze, and report full-funnel reporting dashboards to monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, AOV, and other key metrics.
- Set up and manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention audiences across platforms.
- Identify scale opportunities, funnel improvements, and new platform tests.
- Stay current on platform updates, market trends, and media buying best practices.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and landing page optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience in e-commerce or DTC.
• Strong experience managing
  Meta Ads Manager

and
Google Ads (including Performance Max and YouTube)

.
- Deep understanding of attribution, pixel setup, tracking, and full-funnel strategy.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and paid media reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience running creative tests and scaling high-performing campaigns.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or influencer-driven ad strategies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment.
