Safety-Based Bonus Opportunities (Every 90 Days)

  • CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $875 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off.

  • On-Road Safety Bonus: $600.

Hiring Bonuses (Limited Time Offers) Drivers new to our company are eligible for one of these options:

  • Option 1 (with qualifying safety record): Initial Sign-On Bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat) or $1,300. Plus, an opportunity for $600 after 30 days. Includes Paid Time Off and Orientation Pay.

  • Option 2: Initial Sign-On Bonus of $1,125 and Orientation Pay.

Additional Pay and Raises

  • Band Pay: Extra pay on short hauls ($35.00 for 0-100 miles, $25.00 for miles, loaded miles only).

  • Anniversary Bonus of $100 for each year of continuous service.

  • Detention pay after only 1 hour.

  • Safety-based raises at designated mileage intervals.

Home Time & Freight

  • Expected Home Time: 48 hours on the weekends.

  • Freight: 100% no-touch freight, full truckload, dry van.

  • Restrictions: No NYC, Canada, or Mexico.

  • Pay: Paid weekly, with more accurate Practical Mileage pay.

  • Time Off: Earn PTO (vacation) every 60,000 miles.

  • Retirement: 401(k) match program.

  • Insurance: Health Insurance and Dental Insurance available, plus a Cafeteria plan.

  • Riders: Free rider program.

Truck Features Drive a late-model, well-equipped, assigned tractor (Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 models).

  • Automatic transmissions.

  • Equipped with a 1500-Watt inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV.

  • Free SiriusXM radio service.

  • Prepass Plus weigh station bypass and toll transponders.

Qualifications

  • A valid and current Class A CDL.

  • 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months is sufficient if Teaming—call for details).

  • No DWIs in the past 7 years.

  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
