As a Requirements Engineer and IT Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers, you'll provide Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, identify clients' business needs, provide requirements analysis, gather user and system requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to users and clients.

You Have:
Experience with Agile concepts and processes
Experience with requirements elicitation and traceability
Experience creating CONOPS and other systems engineering documentation
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence applications
Ability to work with various teams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in airworthiness requirements and testing
Knowledge of systems engineering tools such as Cameo
Cybersecurity Certifications, such as Security+ Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
