CNA/PCA Caregiver Needed in Marietta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. This role requires a blend of clinical skills and interpersonal abilities to effectively support patients with diverse needs.

Duties

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
  • Support clients with daily living activities while promoting independence.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Document patient progress and communicate any changes in condition promptly.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
  • Experience in hole health care preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA regulations is essential.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia care, or Alzheimer's care is a plus.
