We're looking for a Processing Clerk to join our growing team in Honolulu. This role supports our Processing and Accounting departments by maintaining accurate production and inventory data to ensure smooth operations from raw materials to finished products.

What You'll Do

  • Perform accurate data entry for production recipes and manufacturing details
  • Record and reconcile paperwork related to production and inventory
  • Receive finished products and adjust raw material quantities in the system
  • Enter and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, and manufacturing receipts
  • Track material transfers between warehouses
  • Monitor inventory levels and support production and sales operations
  • Collaborate with Processing, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in data entry, inventory control, or production administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
