Responsibilities

Responsible for the automation of infrastructure and services in our cloud environment. Design AWS infrastructure for distributed, highly available applications and support the production cloud infrastructure. Enhance platform services and contribute code to multiple automation projects. Build infrastructure for continuous integration, automated builds, and automated build verification testing. Maintain the tools and processes for a large, enterprise level system in a fast-paced, Agile, service-oriented environment. Scale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand. Monitor site stability and performance and troubleshoot site issues. Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform to meet established service-level agreements. Support development teams that use the automated infrastructure. Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production. Support engineering automation efforts with development and scripting skills. Automate operational processes using code. Emphasize automation, implement processes, procedures, and best practice guidelines for code management. Create systems, utilities, and scripts for automated deployment. Perform end-to-end and system performance testing. Create automated test scenarios. Design and introduce software configuration management tools and practices. Drive technical designs to consensus and approval. Document and diagram workflows and environments and communicate changes both verbally and in writing. Work in an Agile environment, including release planning and backlog refinement. Deploy best practices, including improved scalability, performance, reliability, and speed to market. Interface with leadership, group leads, and lead architects to convey infrastructure requirements, plan, and schedule deployment of tasks. Resolve any issues that impact deployment of the application delivery systems. Release software into target environment and perform post-deployment verifications.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or related field plus 5 years of experience building cloud infrastructure solutions. In lieu of a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree and 5 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master's or foreign equivalent degree and 2 years of experience as stated. Also requires 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools; and 1 year with NoSQL databases. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Base compensation of at least $144,955. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Cotiviti offers team members a competitive benefits package to address a wide range of personal
