Duties

• Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through spa services and products
• Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring efficient flow and minimal wait times
• Assist with product demos, upselling spa treatments and retail items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Supervise daily operations, including stocking retail shelves, merchandising products attractively, and maintaining cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
• Promote spa services and retail offerings through effective communication and product knowledge
• Support team members by coordinating schedules, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Prior experience with POS systems and cashiering is highly desirable
• Supervising experience in retail or service environments is a plus
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate guests on benefits and features
• Bilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests professionally
• Proven ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a friendly approach
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, and retail sales enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
• Customer service experience in a retail or grocery store setting is highly valued
