As a Full Time Valet Trash Supervisor at Recycle NOW, you will operate under the guidance of a Regional Manager, overseeing service delivery across up to 25 apartment communities. Your role will involve providing direction and support to a dedicated team of 15-25 doorstep collection specialists, ensuring that each community receives top-notch service. Collaborating closely with sales counterparts, you will prioritize client satisfaction through regular engagement and oversight of our part-time workforce. You'll maintain open lines of communication with property managers by conducting monthly site visits and ensuring timely responses to any questions or concerns-within 24 hours. Additionally, you'll deliver a weekly manager check-in via email or phone, fostering a cooperative working relationship and promptly resolving any service issues that arise.

To excel as a Full Time Valet Trash Supervisor at Recycle NOW, you will need a diverse skill set to effectively manage operations in a dynamic environment. Strong moral character is essential as you will be leading a team and interacting with clients. Exceptional time management skills will enable you to hire, train, and oversee new team members while juggling various responsibilities.

Communication is key; you must effectively resolve customer inquiries with community managers via email. Flexibility is crucial, as this position requires a split schedule-working from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and evenings from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm-along with the ability to adapt to stress and changing weather conditions while working outdoors. Additionally, the role demands physical stamina, as you must lift and carry a 50-pound tote bag and conduct nightly monitoring of your team through site visits and app use.

Foster a sense of unity and teamwork through daily communication, maintaining productivity, and preparing for weekly meetings with logs and reflections.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• This position requires the flexibility to work a split schedule of 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and evening from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm depending on needs.
• Strong moral character

• Ability to effectively hire, manage and train new team members.
• Communicate effectively via email to resolve any customer opportunities with community managers.
• Ability to manage stress and adapt to changing environments
• Applicant should be able to work outdoors and drive in changing weather conditions
• Flexibility to work split schedule and/or be on call during irregular hours
• Ability to lift and carry a fifty-pound (50 lb.) tote bag up and down stairs and a willingness to be exposed to disagreeable odors
• Nightly monitoring of doorstep collection specialists thru on sites visits and company app
• Maintaining daily communication with team members to foster a sense of unity, teamwork and excellence
• Cover properties on an as needed basis for team members
