We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key part of our hotel's success, you will ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create an outstanding experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities
  • Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the appropriate department
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Assist with laundry services as needed
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Work efficiently to ensure timely room turnovers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and efficiency in completing tasks
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing top-tier service
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages
