Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols and safety standards.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is essential.
  • Experience in custodial or janitorial work is a plus.
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent hospitality services.
