Duties

  • Actively promote our services in designated markets through face-to-face interactions
  • Conduct outreach campaigns by visiting potential clients at their property
  • Deliver door hangers to assigned properties
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using company CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions
  • Assist with outbound calling efforts to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, or confirm engagements
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette during outbound calls, ensuring professional and positive communication at all times
  • Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality
  • Provide feedback market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or client services is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate is advantageous
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially in languages relevant to the target market
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English across diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes
  • Excellent phone etiquette coupled with outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (driving/walking)
