TASTE Catering & Events is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Catering Servers to join our team. ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
  • Provide outstanding service to create a seamless and enjoyable event for all guests
  • Anticipate and address guest needs with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain a polished and friendly demeanor at all times
Event Execution
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, buffet stations, and service areas
  • Replenish food and beverages as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest areas by clearing tables and resetting spaces as required
  • Adapt quickly to on-site changes and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Service & Team Support
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
  • Work closely with catering supervisors, Account Executives, and culinary staff to ensure seamless service
  • Support teammates with opening and closing duties as needed
Client Relations
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with guests and clients
  • Resolve any service-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure all client expectations are met with a high level of attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Prior hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available on weekends and evenings
  • Must be able to adapt to changes on-site at events
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn for the duration of each shift
    • Ability to use hands to handle, squeeze, grasp, lift, move, and feel objects
    • Ability to reach with hands and arms between 6-72 inches and communicate effectively in various environments
    • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch while also lifting and moving at least 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of 50+ pounds
