About the Role:

As the Store Manager at Kid to Kid, you'll oversee the daily operations of our resale store, ensuring smooth processes, strong sales performance, and a fun, family-friendly environment. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who loves retail, thrives on organization, and believes in developing people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic retail team
  • Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and scheduling
  • Ensure operational excellence by upholding store standards, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Drive sales performance and profitability through excellent customer service and effective merchandising
  • Conduct regular staff development and coaching to build a strong, motivated team
  • Track and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team training
  • Build positive relationships with customers and the local community
