Responsibilities
Our Kforce client located in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their company. The client offers excellent salary and benefits, excellent team culture, lunch on the company every day, discount on cell phone payment, gym on-site, etc. This position is scheduled as on-site. Duties:

  • FP&A Analyst will develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales to gather relevant data and insights
  • As a FP&A Analyst, you will support business leaders with financial insights and strategic planning
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments that would impact financial performance
  • Support annual audit reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, is required
  • 2- years of financial analysis, focusing on FP&A is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel and financial software, NetSuite, and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and to support other finance team's deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
