Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the design department in various projects, contributing to branding, marketing materials, and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong foundation in graphic design principles, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of visual content for branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team on logo design, motion graphics, and digital art projects.
  • Participate in art direction and production design for various media formats.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for photo manipulation and graphic creation.
  • Create layouts for print advertising and digital platforms while adhering to color management and typography standards.
  • Handle prepress file preparation and quality control, ensuring all artwork meets print specifications for size, bleeds, color profiles, and resolution prior to production.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual design principles.
  • Experience in branding, logo design, digital design, and production design is highly desirable.
  • Experience with photo manipulation and digital photography skills are advantageous.
