Atlanta, Georgia, United States Qualytics Full time $200,000 - $250,000 per year

About Qualytics

At Qualytics, we empower data teams to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues—including the ones they didn't know they had. Our platform goes beyond surface-level checks to assess data row by row, catching silent errors, unexpected changes, and anomalies before they cause real-world consequences.

We work with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in the world—enterprises where data quality has a direct impact on performance, compliance, and strategic decisions. Whether it's financial reporting, healthcare operations, or AI model integrity, bad data can quietly break big things—and we help ensure it doesn't.

Joining Qualytics means collaborating with top-tier data professionals tackling high-stakes, deeply complex challenges. If you care about trust, rigor, and solving foundational problems that power how the world works, let's talk.

Role Overview

This is a player-coach role, perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves but also has the vision to build a function. You'll partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to own how we position Qualytics, bring new products to market, and enable our go-to-market teams to win. We're at the Series A stage and moving fast. You'll be foundational in shaping how enterprise buyers, particularly in data-intensive industries like financial services, insurance, healthcare, and supply chain, understand what makes Qualytics different.

What You'll Do:

  • Own our positioning and messaging

: Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging tailored to enterprise data buyers.
- Drive sales enablement

: Develop compelling collateral, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and training to arm the GTM team.
- Lead product launches

: Partner with product to shape launch strategies, narratives, and cross-functional rollouts.
- Develop competitive insights

: Stay close to the market and turn insights into strategic narratives and GTM tactics.
- Be the voice of the buyer

: Partner with sales and CS to understand buyer needs, objections, and use cases — and feed that back into messaging and product strategy.
- Build the function

: As we scale, help define the future of product marketing at Qualytics, including hiring and mentoring future team members.

You Should Have:

  • 5-8 years of experience leading and scaling a Product Marketing team at a SaaS company. Experience working at a data quality, observability, or analytics company is highly desirable
  • Experience operating in early- to mid-stage venture-backed SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to execute strategically with a focus on measurable outcomes, develop a high-performing team, and experience in driving business transformation
  • Ability to influence senior executives and build trust and mutual respect across functions and all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data, technology, and concepts into clear communications
  • Growth mindset: comfortable with undefined processes and experimentation;  excited to work on new initiatives that fuel growth

Why Work Here?

Mission

We founded Qualytics based on our collective experiences at early-stage companies struggling with data quality. Our mission is to eliminate bad data before it can corrupt models, mislead dashboards, or break operational systems. We're building the most powerful platform for catching anomalies at scale—before they cause damage.

Values

We're flexible, honest, and collaborative. We support and challenge one another. We're united by curiosity and rigor. And we're lifelong learners, always pursuing personal and professional growth.

  • Competitive salary and equity—we pay for excellence
  • Unlimited vacation and company-wide holidays
  • Medical, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits
  • Opportunities for conference attendance and public speaking
