We're seeking a
Senior Ecommerce or Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager
to lead and grow our direct-to-consumer and marketplace business.

About the Role
In this role, you'll support the growth, operations, and execution of our ecommerce and marketplace platforms. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams to elevate the customer experience, increase conversions, and drive revenue.
You'll have the chance to shape the strategy, manage execution, and bring innovation to every part of our online business from DTC to Amazon, Walmart, and emerging social commerce channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize our ecommerce presence across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth and marketplace performance.
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to execute product launches, digital merchandising, and campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs, optimize site performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Oversee paid media, email marketing, and automation workflows to increase engagement and sales.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and competitive activity to keep our brand on the cutting edge.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination with operations, customer experience, and creative teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of ecommerce or digital experience, with a focus on DTC and marketplaces.
- Proven ability to scale online businesses and grow market share.
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or social commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, Shopify analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, etc.) and performance marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of UX/CRO best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Beauty industry experience highly preferred.
