Bee You Therapy, LLC is a growing therapy company that provides occupational and speech therapy in the community and at our Hive Day Program. We specialize in affirming, trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults.

We are seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (9:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2-3 days a week) to support students at a therapeutic day school in Oak Lawn/Mount Greenwood and to help with our new day program in Palos Heights. This part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity with Bee You Therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and maintain a consistent caseload.
  • Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual documentation requirements.
  • Meet productivity and goal expectations in a timely manner.
  • Participate in supervision/mentorship opportunities.
  • Collaborate in team meetings with school staff and Bee You Therapy colleagues.
  • Support community and family engagement by attending at least two events per year.

Requirements

  • Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (2 years of experience preferred).
  • Understanding of relationship-based interventions.
  • Positive, collaborative, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, caregivers, and staff.
  • Passion for working with adolescents and adults with diverse needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility, organization, and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Desire to contribute to and grow the Bee You Therapy speech department.
