Are you a compassionate, reliable person who enjoys helping others? Join our team as a Companion and make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults in your community.

No experience is required—we provide full paid training.

Our companions work one-on-one with seniors, offering support, engagement, and encouragement that helps them stay independent at home.

What You'll Do

As a Companion, you'll provide non-medical support such as:

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Shopping and errands
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Transportation to appointments
  • Activities and social engagement
  • Additional non-medical assistance as needed
Requirements
  • Compassionate, reliable, patient, and flexible
  • Availability to work at least 6 hours per week
  • Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle
  • Personal cell phone
  • Private email account; able to send and receive emails
  • Conversational English fluency
  • Live in or near the Greater Boston & Metrowest area
