We're looking for friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultants who are ready to take their sales career to the next level. Here, you'll be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment — where your effort pays off and your success has no ceiling.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers like a pro, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey
  • Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit — no pressure, just great service
  • Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism
  • Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you)
  • Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approved
  • Build long-term relationships with your customers — they'll come back to you because you earned their trust
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience
  • Hit (and exceed) your sales goals — with support, mentorship, and room to grow

What You Bring:

  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive is a bonus, but not required)
  • A passion for people, cars, and closing the deal
  • Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with just about anyone
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required)
