What Will You Do?

As a Representative, you will work directly with customers and sales representatives to answer questions, fulfill service requests and advise on insurance coverage and pricing options. We are looking for someone with effective and energetic phone skills, problem solving and prioritizing skills, combined with a genuine desire to help others and create an exceptional customer experience. An insurance background is not required – we provide excellent training

Additional Qualifications Needed:

Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experiencePrior experience and excellent skills in customer service and phone communicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong keyboarding skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications

You will go through a 6-8 week classroom training program that begins on Monday, January 26th 2026. The hours during training are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. 

Client Contact Center Representative pay range is $ $34.20. Starting salary will be $25.20.
