Through our residential programs, day programs, habilitation services, and supported employment opportunities, we are committed to empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives with dignity, respect, and choice.

We are seeking a Residential Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role is central to ensuring our residential programs operate smoothly and in compliance with Arizona state guidelines. The Residential Coordinator will provide direct supervision to residential staff while advocating for the best interests of our members.

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs.
  • Supervise and support residential staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with DES-DDD and DHS licensing regulations.
  • Advocate for members by coordinating services, medical care, recreational activities, and family/guardian communication.
  • Serve as the primary contact for members, families, guardians, staff, and outside agencies.
  • Facilitate and monitor Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) and Behavior Plans.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of incidents, hospitalizations, and medical appointments.
  • Maintain accurate member records, inventories, and confidential files.

  • Promote meaningful recreational, social, and community integration opportunities for members.

  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required).

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in developmental disabilities programs or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of DES-DDD, DHS regulations, and developmental disability services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform CPR/First Aid as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call.
