We're seeking a high-performing Acquisitions Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently source, negotiate, and close deals. You'll play a key role in expanding Surrealty's investment portfolio while earning commissions and bonuses tied directly to measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and analyze investment properties across DFW (off-market, MLS, and wholesale).
  • Build and manage relationships with wholesalers, agents, and investors.
  • Evaluate deals using ARV, MAO, and rehab cost estimates.
  • Negotiate directly with sellers and secure purchase contracts.
  • Track and manage leads in CRM (Wise Agent / PropStream).
  • Coordinate with title, project management, and listing teams to bring deals full circle.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and negotiating effectively.
  • Familiarity with PropStream, MLS, and comps analysis.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Real estate license preferred (not required).
  • Self-starter mentality and hunger for growth.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $1,500–$2,000/month (intro period).
  • Commission: 10–15% of net profit per closed deal.
  • Bonuses:
  • $500 for first closed deal within 60 days.
  • $1,000 milestone bonus after 3 closed deals or $50K in profit.
  • Projected Annual Earnings: $75K–$150K+ (based on performance).
