You'll represent IntermixIT at community events, engage with prospects by phone and online, and build relationships that open doors for long-term partnerships.About UsAt IntermixIT, we help businesses grow and thrive by delivering award-winning IT solutions with a personal touch.Recognized on the Inc. 5000 and as one of Central Pennsylvania's Fastest Growing Companies, we're passionate about technology, service, and building lasting partnerships.We're expanding our team and looking for a Sales Development Representative — someone who thrives on networking, outreach, and creating opportunities for our Account Executives.This position offers a base salary plus commission, with a clear path to advance into an Account Executive (AE) role and earn even greater commission potential.What You'll DoAs an SDR, your mission is to open doors and set the stage for new client relationships:Represent IntermixIT at networking mixers, community events, and industry gatherings.Canvass businesses across Central PA to identify potential opportunities.Conduct cold calls to connect with decision-makers and generate interest.Connect with prospects via LinkedIn and other social media platforms to build relationships.Qualify and nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and social outreach until they're ready for sales engagement.Book and lead qualified introductory meetings (First-Time Appointments) before handing off to our Account Executives.Research and track leads in HubSpot (CRM).Partner with the Marketing Department to align outreach strategies and campaigns.Success in this role is measured by activity and outcomes — consistently booking qualified First-Time Appointments each week, maintaining strong lead activity through calls and outreach, and representing IntermixIT with professionalism and enthusiasm at community events.What We're Looking ForA natural connector who enjoys meeting new people and sparking conversations.Resilient and persistent — comfortable with outreach, rejection, and follow-up.Confident public speaker — able to speak in front of groups and deliver presentations at community or networking events.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends (many networking events happen outside of standard business hours).Reliable transportation to attend events and canvass businesses across Central PA.Familiarity with Managed Services / IT services strongly preferred.Already involved in community organizations or events is a plus.Experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead generation is helpful — but we'll train the right person.Why Join IntermixIT?Base salary plus commission, with significant earning potential as you grow.Be part of a fast-growing, Inc. 5000 company with a strong local reputation.Full support: training, CRM tools, and marketing resources to help you succeed.A clear growth path into an Account Executive (AE) role, where you'll have the opportunity to earn even more commission and expand your career.Collaborative, team-first culture where your work directly fuels company growth.How to ApplyIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from youPlease apply directly through Indeed complete a short survey using the link below — it only takes a few minutes and is a required part of our hiring process.
