Do you love social media and creating eye-catching content? Our busy facial plastic surgery and med-spa office is looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team

You'll be responsible for capturing, creating, and managing content across our social media — helping us connect with patients, build our brand, and highlight the transformative results of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a successful social media strategy for both the med-spa and facial plastic surgery practice
  • Plan and manage a social media content calendar
  • Capture and manage before-and-after photos (following privacy guidelines)
  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos
  • Edit photos and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or iMovie
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and encourage audience interaction
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and improve online reputation
  • Track and analyze social media performance to optimize results

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or marketing
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, iMovie, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive problem solver
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience with photography and content creation is a plus
