Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Digital Media Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with the media sales team to manage monthly financial forecasting and achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead the contracting process to ensure accurate and efficient billing of media campaigns.
  • Support the development and daily operations of Salesforce for the media sales team.
  • Maintain organization across various internal tools, including Salesforce, Advendio, , and SharePoint.
  • Partner across the organization to compile data and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Required Skills for Digital Media Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client services or finance and billing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
