Required experience:

· 1-3 years in a Driver Manager or Dispatch role.

· Retention, de-escalation and Customer service experience.

· Truckload Transportation experience

Schedule: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, rotating on-call schedule

Compensation: Salary base from 50K+/year + bonuses

Benefits: Major medical, dental and vision. Paid life insurance and Simple IRA with 3% matching.
