Senior Product Manager
to lead innovative product initiatives within the Workers' Compensation space. This is a
fully remote
opportunity.

About The Role
The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role as the bridge between engineering, data science, and client-facing teams—driving strategy and execution for cutting-edge claims solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep insurance domain expertise, technical fluency, and an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This role is perfect for someone with
workers' comp claims
or
medical claims billing experience
who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and execution for claims tools across multiple P&C lines
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, collect feedback, and shape the product roadmap
  • Present product concepts and roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external clients, including at the executive level
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and data teams
  • Engage in technical discussions with software developers, data engineers, and data scientists, acting as a translator between business and technical teams
  • Drive the full product lifecycle—from ideation through launch—ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Proactively identify and solve complex business problems with creative and strategic solutions
  • Balance technical feasibility, customer impact, and business priorities

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or startup environments
  • Direct experience in workers' compensation claims and/or medical claims billing required
  • Strong ability to engage confidently with engineering and data teams
  • Excellent communication skills; able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • Creative, collaborative, and confident mindset—comfortable navigating differing opinions and thinking beyond the immediate ask
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML, data pipelines, software architecture, or tools like Python is a plus
  • Passion for solving real-world problems with practical, data-driven solutions
