The Computer Systems Analyst is focused on endpoint solutions for an enhanced business user experience. This position will collaborate with our business partners, Technology Solutions leadership, and other analysts and engineers to ensure that technology delivers a business value. In addition, they work to ensure successful implementation of all technologies and partner closely with third party/cloud vendors to ensure proper integration of the technology.

This position is part of a small and efficient group that requires decision making independence and strong time management skills. This exciting position allows for a broad level of exposure to multiple platforms and technologies.

Successful candidates will have effective skills in research and analysis, project coordination and implementation. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, co-workers, and vendors, and excellent decision-making, time-management, and planning skills. A customer-centric approach to problem-solving and effective customer service skills to engage customers, resolve issues with a sense of urgency, and communicate in a timely manner are required. Candidates must have the ability to be an enthusiastic and resourceful team member, be self-driven and motivated to move projects forward, and possess the time management skills to manage competing priorities in a highly demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to end users through the Service Desk for Incidents and Service Requests for Windows and Mac OS operating systems including support for:
• Hardware, specifically Lenovo Thinkpad laptops
• All major Office 365 products including Outlook, Sharepoint, OneNote and others
• Google Chrome
• Hosted Voice/VOIP phone systems
• Microsoft 365 MFA
• Perform Windows 11 image deployments utilizing SCCM
• Identity Management (SSO/ADFS)
• Provide updated and tested material to the Tech Solutions Service Desk Knowledge Base
• Provide first level application support including:
• User Administration and Management
• Known issues and documented processes
• Application uptime monitoring
• Triage application support issues and coordinate internal and external escalation
• Research emerging technologies to determine which can increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness
• Capacity, performance, and availability monitoring of production LAN/WAN technologies
• Other responsibilities as needed
