Your role in our mission
- Interacts with Migration Team, IT Organization, Solution Architects and Application experts to deploy tools to discover data center environment infrastructure and dependencies
- Maintains ongoing review and management of IT Operations Management Software, agents and data sources to support workload migration
- Designs and implements integrated reports and views to model application environments and inventories in migration planning
- Provides technical advice, consultation, demonstration and installation for clients and/or internal personnel for discovery tools and data collection
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Palo Alto firewalls and cloud-based security management (Strata Cloud).
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, FTDs, FMC).
- Good working knowledge of F5 Big-IP Load Balancers, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in SolarWinds network monitoring tools and basic scripting (SWQL, PowerShell, or similar) for automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Syslog analysis, Splunk log interpretation, and packet capture techniques for effective troubleshooting and incident investigation.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Cisco Systems in a live production environment.
What You Should Expect In This Role
- Northern California (Gold River, CA) location is desired (some remote work may be considered)
The pay range for this position is $65, $93,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
