Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring fora Cashier at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort at Marco Island, FL. The ideal candidates will gain experience in customer service, be able to work in a team environment, develop great communication skills, and have opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to supervisor and directors, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
  • Manage and control inventory, sodas, wraps, towels, suntan lotions, etc.
  • Handle all payment transactions
  • Record all sales on corresponding paperwork
  • Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach
  • Provide each guest with 5-star 5 diamond service
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Overseeing team members and equipment

Skills required:

  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Enjoy dealing with the public
  • Great verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills
