is a trusted, within-institution childcare platform that connects university students to faculty, staff, and alumni from their own school for verified babysitting services. Every sitter is edu-verified, ensuring safety, trust, and a shared community foundation. Having launched successfully at Duke, the company is now building the infrastructure to scale nationally across university networks.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Data Operations Manager. Responsibilities include managing operational data systems, analyzing datasets for insights and improvements, and coordinating team members to enhance operational efficiency. The Data Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving effective decision-making through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Management, Data Center Operations, and working with operational datasets
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience in Operations Management and streamlining processes
  • Team Management skills, including the ability to coordinate and support diverse team members
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with child care systems or student-focused organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
