Lawn Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our lawn fertilization and weed control team. This role involves providing high-quality lawn and landscape nutrition services to residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and experience with various landscaping tools and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Duties

• Perform fertilization and pesticide applications to lawn and landscaping
• Diagnose issues in lawn and landscaping
• Operate ride on equipment such as aeration machines and broadcast spreaders
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is a plus
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions, must be able to lift 50lb bags of fertilizer, and must be walk lawns while wearing a 4 gallon backpack sprayer.
• Valid driver's license is required

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
