Position Overview
This is a project management–only role — no estimating required. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while overseeing project teams to ensure successful delivery on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple drywall and steel stud framing projects simultaneously
- Lead project teams to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Drive project completion with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Support junior project managers and field teams through mentorship and leadership

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably focused on drywall and steel stud framing
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proven success managing project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple complex projects
- A collaborative, professional attitude and a desire to grow within a respected organization
