Position Description:

We are seeking a Technical Risk Analyst to join a high-impact team driving organizational integrity, compliance, and operational resilience. In this role, you will analyze and strengthen internal control systems, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and support enterprise-wide initiatives that protect critical assets and prevent fraud.

You'll collaborate across departments—including security, audit, and internal risk management—to evaluate control effectiveness, ensure audit readiness, and enhance alignment with recognized frameworks such as COSO. The ideal candidate thrives on precision, demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and can independently deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance internal control frameworks and risk management processes.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and control testing to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including Security, Internal Audit, and Compliance—to ensure robust control integration across business units.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation, support remediation activities, and track corrective action plans.
• Identify and mitigate potential threats related to asset protection, data integrity, and fraud prevention.
• Leverage ERP systems and asset tracking tools to monitor and validate control performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations that strengthen internal control posture and operational efficiency.

Required Skills / Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or audit functions.
• Strong understanding of COSO or equivalent internal control frameworks.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and asset tracking tools.
• Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
Familiarity with IT risk, fraud detection methodologies, or security risk management.
