Starting Salary:
Up to $20 per hour based on experience

Schedule:
Sunday thru Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Sunday work-from-home day)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for mechanical and electrical products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by guiding customers through problem-solving steps to resolve their concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high first-call resolution rate (minimum 95%) by diagnosing issues accurately and offering effective solutions on the first contact.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and screens while assisting customers to ensure efficient support and minimize wait times.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately to assist with ongoing training and quality assurance.

Ideal Candidate Background

Candidates with previous experience in Call Centers, Mechanical background (cars, appliances, motorcycles, lawn mowers, etc.) or customer service have been successful in this role, particularly those with strong technical troubleshooting skills

  • At least 1 year of call center experience or similar customer-facing support role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical, mechanical, or electrical concepts.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple screens.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • High school diploma required; additional training in mechanical/electrical fields is a plus.
