We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with project coordinator experience to join our team in the Boise, ID area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various environments, including data centers, banking, financial institutions, and manufacturing or distribution facilities. This role requires someone who can manage and lead a team, handle day-to-day objectives, and work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Travel will be required up to four times per year.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate teams to meet daily goals and resolve on-site issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, keeping everyone informed of progress.
- Develop and coordinate project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Schedule meetings and manage logistics for travel, deliveries, and on-site activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Escalate and help resolve critical issues, providing administrative support to project managers.
- Ensure project objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensure that all project objectives have been met and that the client is satisfied with the final deliverables.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in large-scale projects or commercial construction.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with general contractors, vendors, project managers, and team members.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation while proactively identifying and solving issues.
- Experience in coordinating logistics, managing relationships, and supporting project managers across various departments.
- Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; relevant experience can substitute.
- Experience leading dispatch or call teams preferred.
Additional Details:
- This is a remote position in the Atlanta area (an office is available if needed) but the role requires occasional travel up to 10% of time to visit worksites.
- Candidates should be self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
