We are seeking a position for a FULL-TIME: Spanish Speaking - Medical Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to help share our mission of true health and healing. Applicants should be upbeat, open-minded, eager to learn, self-motivated, and have a desire to serve our community with a compassionate heart. This position is fundamental and is a key role in the success of our personal injury practice.

EXAMPLES OF DAILY TASKS:

  • Greeting patients, while making them feel comfortable
  • Patient Scheduling - Checking IN/OUT
  • Assist in answering phones, making calls, and addressing the patient's questions and concerns
  • Using the computer, navigating the internet
  • Attending to Email Correspondence
  • Assessing the waiting room, and ensuring the office runs on time
  • Abiding by HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information
  • Ensuring all ordered tests are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Explaining procedures and treatments to patients
  • Assisting with necessary medical paperwork and/or other pertinent documentation
  • Preparing equipment and aiding physician
  • Taking temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs
  • Keeping the office clean and presentable
  • Other tasks to ensure that the office runs efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Speaking Spanish is a must
  • MUST have up to date knowledge and comfort with computers and technology
  • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • MUST be willing to undergo further training for performing therapeutic modalities
  • MUST be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • MUST be outgoing and willing to communicate and educate patients
  • MUST be flexible with hours (mornings/evenings/weekends)
  • Prior experience with Personal Injury is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
