Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens and towels, using appropriate washing techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness in laundry facilities and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident requests regarding cleaning or laundry services.

Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential for success in this role.
