We are actively seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Lead Print Press and Bindery Operator – Full Time to join our team. What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:
- Leads and directs shift personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards are met
- Communicate production schedules, project status updates and project specifications with team members
- Assures all work areas are properly staffed and used in an efficient manner
- Documents all activities that occur on the shift such as job progression, operational problems or personnel issues
- Provide daily updates to the production supervisor on job status of all work in progress.
- Operate printing and bindery equipment like hydraulic cutters, paper drills, punches, and presses in a clean, well-organized environment
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines to keep things running smoothly
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team
What We're Looking For

- Have a high school diploma or associate degree (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Are mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work 10-hour shift and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate production equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Take pride in cleanliness and precision
- Enjoy learning new skills and working in a fast-paced setting
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a "team-first" mindset
- Are excited about a long-term career in a skilled trade
