Service Advisor Job Summary

Crest Cadillac & Acura is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the link between our clients and the service department—listening to concerns, providing clear repair recommendations, and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, articulate, and dedicated to delivering the level of care our customers expect from a premium dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in person and by phone, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout their visit.
  • Identify and document repair and maintenance needs, provide accurate estimates, and clearly explain recommended services and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure efficient workflow and on-time vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding repair progress, costs, and completion updates.
  • Accurately prepare and close repair orders, documenting technician notes, warranty information, and customer authorizations in the DMS.
  • Uphold Crest's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless, premium service experience that drives long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training in an automotive-related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (GM/Cadillac or Honda/Acura experience preferred)
