Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential homes, commercial spaces, and hospitality environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a pristine environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
  • Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
  • Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial settings to ensure a clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold cleanliness standards across all properties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, residential cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
