What You'll Do as a Septic Tank Repair & Installation Technician:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial septic systems, ensuring proper function and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues and recommend effective, lasting solutions.
• Inspect, maintain, and service tools, vehicles, and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service by clearly addressing client questions and concerns.
• Log all services, work orders, and compliance documentation accurately.
• Attend training sessions and participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards on every job.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Work full-time, averaging 40-60 hours per week with flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Travel within a 60-mile radius of the shop.

Our Ideal Septic Tank Repair & Installation Technician:

• Experienced: Minimum of one year of experience in septic system repair and installation or related plumbing/electrical work required. Septic system certification preferred.
• Responsible: Takes ownership of tasks, arrives on time, and consistently follows through without excuses.
• Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in processes and documentation while keeping tools, vehicles, and work areas clean and orderly.
• Highly Motivated: Manages duties independently, stays focused, and maintains efficiency throughout the workday.
• Professional: Represents the company positively through actions, communication, and appearance, treating others courteously and wearing a uniform when provided.
• Humble Team Player: Welcomes feedback, follows company policies willingly, and contributes to a gossip-free, supportive work environment.
• Computer Skills: Able to navigate basic computer systems for documentation and communication.
• Active: Able to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and work in all weather conditions.
