Position Summary
The Sales Analyst plays a key supporting role in the Foodservice Sales organization. The role manages key administrative, analytical and operational processes to ensure the smooth execution of customer programs and sales initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Analyst will be responsible for working cross functionally to develop and implement strategies that drive the business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen with strategic analytical skills and
work effectively in a team, as well as individually to promote and grow the business. They should be able to collaborate and think creatively about new solutions and opportunities. The ability to manage multiple competing demands in a complex and ever evolving environment.
Position Responsibilities
Sales & Contract Management
- Support the sales team in the development, submission, and tracking of customer contracts, pricing agreements, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and terms within SAP and Salesforce.
- Monitor contract compliance and alert the sales team of key expirations, updates, or discrepancies.
- Support new customer onboarding and data set-up processes.
Sample Coordination
- Coordinate sample requests, tracking fulfillment and follow-up with internal and external partners.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity across SAP, Salesforce, and internal databases.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, pricing updates, and customer met.
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and orders.
- Serve as the liaison between customer service and the sales team to resolve order, pricing, or invoicing issues.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, or a related field required.
- Food Industry experience required – foodservice and chain account experience strongly preferred; background in managing deductions and allowances highly desired.
- 5+ years in a sales support, or data analyst role.
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, strong Excel and data management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Performance driven with desire to take on a high level of responsibility and work in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits Package:
The pay for this role ranges from $77,000 – 110,000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or other determining factors.
