Position Summary

We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy individual to handle customer service and assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding ways to make processes faster and more efficient — especially through the use of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (Approx. 50%)

  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Resolve order issues (address changes, returns, exchanges, etc.)
  • Track and follow up on open customer inquiries
  • Communicate with warehouse and fulfillment teams
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand professionalism
  • Implement and utilize AI tools (automations, chatbots, canned responses) to improve response time and accuracy
  • Proactively look for ways to expedite customer interactions and streamline communication

Warehouse Picking, Packing, Shipping (Approx. 50%)

  • Responsibilities
  • Pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • No previous warehouse experience required; training provided
  • Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment
  • Prepare and label packages for shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management
  • Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Tech-savvy with interest in AI and automation tools
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, ShipHero, or QuickBooks is a plus
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
