Position Overview
The Corporate Development Associate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the company's inorganic growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and investments
  • Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams during deal execution
  • Track industry trends and maintain a pipeline of potential targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
